BARRETT, Circuit Judge.

These are consolidated appeals. Jack Holland Anthony appeals from his conviction under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2511(l)(a), unlawful interception of wire communications. Dr. Vernon V. Sisney appeals from the District Court’s order denying him standing to oppose Anthony’s motion for discovery in aid of Anthony’s motion for new trial and order requiring discovery of certain tapes which were the product of Anthony’s unlawful interception of wire communications.
