DECISION AND ORDER

RANDA, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on James Luedtke’s (“Luedtke”) objections to the Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Aaron E. Goodstein denying his petition to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”) in connection with his prisoner civil rights action and dismissing the case. The Recommendation is adopted for the following reasons.
