OPINION

WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This case reaches the Court on a motion for reconsideration of our Opinion and Order entered on February 25, 1982. The Court ordered that the mortgagee plaintiff and movant herein, was only entitled to a certain portion of funds held by the trustee in an escrow account. Upon review of the plaintiff’s memorandum of law and upon further research, the Court will grant re consideration. An appropriate order will be entered; and the order of February 25th will be vacated. 1
