OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case reaches the Court on the complaint of Internet Realty Partnership, the Debtor, in which Internet requests this Court to enjoin the Defendant, First Pennsylvania Bank N.A., from interfering with the possession and quiet enjoyment of certain real property. The Defendant, First Pennsylvania Bank, N.A., filed a Motion to Dismiss the complaint. The Motion was opposed by the Debtor as well as by the official creditors’ committee which was permitted to intervene in the adversary action. The Court will grant the motion and dismiss the complaint.…
