MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN FLOWERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case was commenced by an involuntary petition filed against the Debtor, Trans-Texas Petroleum Corporation, (“Trans-Tex”) on March 29, 1982 by two of its general trade creditors, the Wanda Petroleum Company (“Wanda”) and the Enterprise Products Company (“Enterprise”). Shortly after filing the case was converted to one under chapter 11 and the debtor operated its business. The Houston Energy and Processing Company (“HEPCO”), filed a motion for adequate protection under § 363 of the Code on June 23,1982. Wanda and Enterprise opposed HEPCO’s…
