In a trial to the court, the defendant was found guilty of two counts of the sale of narcotics in violation of § 19-480 (a) of the General Statutes. The defendant has appealed, assigning error in the refusal of the court (MacDonald, J.) to grant a continuance at a pretrial hearing, and in the finding and conclusions of the trial court (Parskey, J.). In his brief, the defendant has pursued two lines of argument.
