Relator in this False Claims Act *363(“FCA”)1 case alleges that defendant Uni-sys Corporation (“Unisys”) defrauded the United States by presenting claims for payment and supporting documentation to the federal government for services (i) that were of no value (Count I) and (ii) that overcharged the federal government (Count II).
