Bennett, Plaintiff-Appellant (hereinafter referred to as the Appellant) purchased an insurance policy from the Defendant-Respondent, American Life and Accident Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as the Respondent) known as “The Provider Individual or Family Group Hospital-Surgical Policy” No. 510209, effective March 29, 1954.
