BARNES, Justice:
This case involves an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendant, William S. Knittel, rendered in an action on a note brought by the Security State Bank of Mooreland, Oklahoma. More precisely, the Bank appeals from the Trial Court’s overruling of its Motion for Directed Verdict, and its Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict.
