This was an action by Parks & Palmer, a partnership, against the Walker Valley Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, for the recovery of a Balance claimed as due and owing it on a performed contract for drilling an oil and gas well, or rather, a dry hole. The amount claimed and for which judgment was rendered is the sum of $2,929.10. Plaintiff had already been paid under this contract the sum of $4,897.00.
