Presently before the Court are Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint (Doc. No. 4) and Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend the Complaint (Doc. No. 10). In accordance with Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.l, the Court finds these motions suitable for determination on the papers and without oral argument.
