HOFFMAN, Presiding Judge.

Appellants, Wayne A. Stanton, et al., appeal from the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees to a non-profit legal service organization. The two issues presented for review are:(1) whether the trial court erred in awarding attorney’s fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988; and(2) whether the trial court erred in allowing attorney’s fees to a non-profit legal service organization without a reduction for funds received by the organization from sources other than the plaintiffs.
