CAMPBELL, District Judge.

These are three separate motions made on behalf of different claimants, but all asking for the same relief, to wit, for an order dismissing the petition and vacating the order restraining the further prosecution of the actions against petitioners, and now pending, *375or intended to be commenced, in tbe Supreme Court of the State of New York, Onondaga County.

The petitioners who reside in the Eastern District of New York were the owners of the motorboat Wheeler Shipyard Hull No. 304, a twin screw motor gasoline launch, approximately 40 feet long, with bridge deck amidships…
