OPINION
{¶ 1} Linda L. Hans, individually, and as executrix of the estate of Calvin G. Hans, deceased, plaintiff-appellant, appeals from the judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims in which the court granted the motion for reconsideration and motion for summary judgment filed by The Ohio State University Medical Center ("OSUMC"), defendant-appellee.
