OPINION

KUGLER, United States Magistrate Judge.

Presently before the Court is the motion by Mark R. Rosen, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff Judith Weinstein, for an order remanding this action to New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Burlington County. Defendant Paul Revere Insurance Company (“Paul Revere”) opposes this motion. After eareful review of the parties’ submissions and for the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the plaintiffs motion to remand.
