MEMORANDUM

JOHN T. NIXON, District Judge.

This is an antitrust action seeking injunctive relief and damages for alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, and the corresponding state statute, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 69-101, et seq. Additional state law claims allege wrongful interference with contractual relations and violations of corporate By-Laws. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, and the doctrine of pendent jurisdiction.
