OPINION

MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:

In this proceeding, we confront a challenge to the National Labor Relations Board’s certification of the Chauffeurs, Teamsters and Helpers, Local Union No. 175, as the exclusive bargaining representative of the employees of Coca-Cola’s Logan, West Virginia soft-drink distribution facility.
