The state of Louisiana brought this suit to enjoin the Morgan’s Louisiana & Texas Railroad & Steamship Company from receiving rental or other compensation from the New Orleans Warehouse Company, or from any other person, for storage in its warehouses.

The state further sues to enjoin the New Orleans Warehouse Company from conducting or carrying on a public or private warehouse in the depots or buildings of the Morgan's Louisiana & Texas Railroad & Steamship Company, and especially from receiving-in its warehouses any agricultural products or other property on storage, from collecting any…
