Charles Thornton (“Plaintiff’) appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting summary judgment in favor of defendants City of Kirkwood (“City”) and Ken Yost (“Yost”) (collectively “Defendants”) on Plaintiffs claims of malicious prosecution and civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. section 1983. We dismiss.
