MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JULIE A. ROBINSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to the Debtors’ Motion for Summary Judgment on Trustee’s Motion to Compel and for Turnover. The Trustee’s motion seeks an order compelling the Debtors to turn over to the estate the sum of $1,589.65, which represents the balance in Debtor Dorothy Moore’s bank account on the date of filing their bankruptcy petition.
