Nature of the Case

This is an appeal by the bankruptcy trustee from a Memorandum Opinion and Order issued by United States Bankruptcy Judge Julie A. Robinson (Ex. A attached). Judge Robinson held that wages on deposit in the debtors’ general checking account qualify' as exempt property pursuant to K.S.A. 60-2310(b), thereby overruling the trustee’s objection to exemption and motion to compel turnover.
