MEMORANDUM OPINION RE: DEBTOR’S MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULES
ARTHUR J. SPECTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
On August 17, 1984, Barry L. Moon (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor received an uncontested discharge on November 19, 1984. The case was closed as a no-asset case on November 30, 1984. On the motion of the Debtor, the case was reopened on April 30, 1985 to allow the Debtor to purchase assets from the estate. On March 18, 1986, the Clerk sent a notice to creditors that they had until June 18, 1986 to file claims against the estate.…
