This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment against them in an action to quiet title to real property in Mendocino County, California.
The case was tried upon an agreed statement of facts, from which it appears that Charles H. Starkey, the former husband of defendant Mrs. G. T. Starkey, died in the county of Mendocino on September 6, 1904.
