FUELER, District Judge.

The first contention of the defendants is that the lien claimants are at most entitled to a lien only upon the small dump of unwashed gravel, and upon that only to the extent of the amount of their labor for the time actually taken to hoist this dump, and that, at most, this cannot be more than two or three days for any of the claimants., It is further contended that as the evidence does not show, on the part of any claimant, the actual time he was employed while this dump was being hoisted and placed on the surface, there is no evidence to show the amount in which any…
