OPINION

LAYTON, District Judge.

The parties now before the Court are the litigants before the Board of Patent Interferences in Interference No. 93,544. Pursuant to Title 35 U.S.C. § 24, and Rules 34 and 37 (b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, International Business Machines (IBM) has filed motions for the production of certain documents held by Sperry Rand Corporation (Sperry) and for sanctions against Sperry should it fail to comply with the order of the Court.
