MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on review of an arbitration award pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-14. Petitioner Technologists, Inc. (“Technologists”) and Respondent Mir’s Limited (“Mir’s”) arbitrated a dispute before the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration, and on May 4, 2010, the arbitrator issued an award to Mir’s in the amount of $51,450 plus interest.
