James Hieklin appeals his convictions following a jury trial for first degree murder, section 565.020.1, RSMo 1994, and armed criminal action, section 571.015.1, RSMo 1994, and concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without the possibility of probation or parole and 100 years imprisonment, respectively.
