ORDER
KANE, District Judge.
This diversity action filed on August 13, 1980, is brought by Adolph Coors Company, a Colorado corporation, alleging breach of contract and negligence by Davenport Machine and Foundry Company, an Iowa corporation, in the maintenance and repair of steam dryers used in Coors’ brewing process. Coors is seeking damages in the amount of $340,000 in addition to interest, costs and reasonable attorneys fees. Davenport has moved to stay or dismiss because *150of the pendency of an allegedly similar proceeding in the state courts in Iowa.
