This is an appeal prosecuted by appellant, who was defendant below, for the reversal of a judgment rendered against it in a case of the first class in the Municipal Court of Chicago. Appellee has interposed a motion that the bill of exceptions, brought up in the record from the Municipal Court, be stricken from the record.
