In Docket No. 90258, plaintiff Sov ran Bank, N.A., appeals from an order of summary disposition entered in favor of defendant. In Docket No. 90681, Sovran appeals from a subsequent order of summary disposition dismissing a prior claim and an order denying Sovran’s motion for reconsideration.
