MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ATLAS, District Judge.
Six insurance companies (“Insurers”) have brought this action against Defendants Fug- ro-McClelland (Southwest), Ine., and Philip King (“Defendants”) seeking a declaratory judgment that the Insurers do not have a duty to defend or indemnify Defendants in connection with another lawsuit currently pending against Defendants. The Insurers have filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) [Doe. # 16].
