This case is before this Court upon appeal of three final orders of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County entered on September 18, 2007. The orders granted summary judgment to the appellees and defendants below, Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation, Joseph Richards, 2 and Steven and Cynthia Richards, 3 in this wrongful death action filed by the appellant and plaintiff below, Tammy Conley, Administratrix of the Estate of John Cody Conley.
