MEMORANDUM OPINION ORDER

Pending before the Court are Plaintiff Fifth Third Bank’s (“Fifth Third”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 53) and Defendants Victor A. McClure and McClure Properties, Inc.’s (“Defendants”) Omnibus Motion in Limine (Doc. 69). For the following reasons, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED and Defendants’ motion is DENIED as moot.
