In this case there was a judgment for the plaintiff on the issue raised by a plea in abatement in a suit by attachment, in respect of the second ground of attachment, which was that the defendant *388had “fraudulently concealed, removed or disposed of bis property or effects so as to hinder or delay his creditors.” The only questions, which arise on the record, concern certain rulings of the court at the trial of the issue raised by this plea in abatement.
