BRYANT, Judge.

*130Where the trial court was within its authority to consider limited damages owed by defendant Douglas Amaxopulos to plaintiff Thomas Frederick Webb, DDS, P.A., Pension and Profit Sharing Plan and Trust arising under the original lease and guaranty agreements as set forth in plaintiffs complaint and attachments, we affirm the trial court’s default judgment against Douglas Amaxopulos.
