Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis dismissing its *759action against Automotive, Petroleum & Allied Industries Employees1 Union, Local 618, and its officials to enjoin alleged unlawful picketing of plaintiff’s business premises and for compensatory and exemplary damages in the aggregate sum of $550,000.
