STOCKARD, Commissioner.

This suit was filed in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, by plaintiff, a corporation engaged in processing milk and selling the milk and milk products exclusively at wholesale to retail stores in the St. Louis area, to enjoin certain acts of the defendants alleged to constitute an illegal conspiracy designed to injure and destroy its business, and for damages alleged to have been caused to its business by such acts.

The defendants, except Maury Rubin, are members, officers and agents of Local 603, Milk Wagon Drivers and Inside Dairy Employees Union…
