This suit was brought as an action of trespass to try title by Zeke Janes and his wife, Alzena Janes, against David E. O'Fiel and his vendees for the land described in plaintiffs' petition. Plaintiffs' original petition was filed on February 21, 1917, and the case was tried on their first amended original petition in the usual form of trespass to try title, filed on May 11, 1918. E. E. Easterling and H. M. Whitaker, on the 1st day of December, 1917, intervened in this suit by petition in the form of trespass to try title for an undivided one-half interest in the land described in plaintiffs'…
