RULING ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL

Pending before the court is defendant’s motion to compel discovery. (Dkt. # 18). For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion to compel is GRANTED. The defendant’s request for an award of reasonable *126expenses incurred in making this motion, pursuant to Rule 37(a)(5)(A) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is DENIED, without prejudice to its renewal on conclusion of this case.
