THE COURT.

This is an application by F. M. Andreani for readmission to practice law in this state. Among other things the record herein discloses that on October 22, 1915, petitioner was admitted to practice law in all the courts of this state; that on or about March 2, 1933, petitioner was ordered to show cause before a local administrative committee of The State Bar why he should not be disciplined for specified professional misconduct, which, in effect, consisted of charging a “highly excessive and unreasonable” fee and of the appropriation to his own use and benefit of moneys belonging to…
