In a mortgage foreclosure action, defendants appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 11, 1974 and December 27, 1974, respectively, which, inter alia, collectively (1) granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, (2) dismissed the counterclaim interposed by defendants Hoffman and (3) referred the matter to a Referee to compute the amount due plaintiff. Orders reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements, and motion denied.
