In an action commenced pursuant to CPLR 3213, defendant Audrey Balog appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 1976, as (1) *756granted plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment as against her and (2) directed a hearing to determine the reasonableness of the amount claimed as attorney’s fees under the terms of a promissory note. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and motion denied insofar as it seeks summary judgment as against defendant Audrey Balog.
