In this appeal of a theft conviction, the defendant claims the Superior Court (Pappagianis, J.) erred in refusing to sup*205press evidence taken under a search warrant specifically authorizing seizure of the items in dispute, but containing a further, general mandate to search for other evidence of the crime in question. We affirm.
