On October 15, 2007, Defendant Furni-turefínd Corporation (Furniturefínd) filed a motion for summary judgment. On November 19, 2007, Plaintiff Kimberley Cor nelius (Cornelius) filed her response, and on December 7, 2007, Furniturefind filed a reply in support of its motion. For the following reasons, Furniturefind’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED [Doc. No. 23].
