FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Revin Rasten appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation (“Saint-Gobain”). Rasten claims that the district court erred in its interpretation of the Fair Labor Standards Act when it determined that Rasten had not suffered retaliation within the meaning of the statute. For the reasons explained below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
