— The automobiles operated by Robert Brodus and Herman Dunsay met in collision at a Des Moines intersection, and Genevieve Sprague, a passenger in the Dunsay car, was injured. In her suit against Dunsay, based on recklessness, and against Robert Brodus the operator and Rosella Brodus the owner of the Brodus car, based on negligence, the trial court directed the verdict at the close of plaintiff’s testimony in favor of Dunsay, but overruled the motion for directed verdict in favor of Robert and Rosella Brodus.
