Defendant, Checker Taxi Company, Inc., appeals from an order entered pursuant to plaintiff’s section 72 of the Civil Practice Act petition (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 110, par. 72) which vacated a prior order dismissing plaintiff’s complaint as a sanction for her refusal to answer defendant’s interrogatories.
