Defendants, Harold Washington, Mayor of Chicago; the city of Chicago; and Fred Rice, David Fogel, James Rosas, Carol Czarnecki, and Carole Brawner of the Chicago police department, appeal from an order of the trial court granting plaintiffs John Galligan and Joseph Miedzianowski post-judgment relief pursuant to section 2 — 1401 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
