HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Joseph J. Johnson appeals his drug conspiracy conviction and resulting sentence. We affirm the judgment of the district court. 1

On September 1, 1999, the grand jury indicted Joseph Johnson along with Larry Beal, Eugene Johnson (Joseph Johnson’s nephew), Anthony Clemons, and Macia Jackson in a nine-count drug conspiracy indictment.
