RALEIGH BROWN, Justice.
This is a libel action. Robert J. Harden sued The Times Herald Printing Company, publisher of the Dallas Times Herald, and Bob Dudney and Hugh Aynesworth, co-authors of an article published in the Dallas Times Herald. Harden contended that the article dealing with his activities while he was an undercover narcotics agent with the Texas Department of Public Safety was libelous.
